• Motivated learners

• Access to literature and access to experts

• Easy to reach

• Easy to train (already have basic skills)

2. Weaknesses

• Practicals (Lack of skills to put knowledge into practice)

• Too many students (lack of individual attention due to high student to teacher ratio)

• Teachers are not well trained

• Lack of entrepreneurship within the university circles leading to lack of spin in the entrepreneur skills.

• No knowledge sharing between institutional departments (lack of networking tools)

• Internet connectivity (low band width, very expensive and unreliable)

• Lack of teaching skills|poor training environment (no equipment too large numbers)

• Sometimes skills are totally lacking

• Basic skills missing (PC usage)

• Accessibility is very poor so no chance for skills building

SOLUTIONS

• Training of trainers to be able to organize on line courses. also to be able to develop those courses

• Training in Needs assessment skills

• Follow up training

AS A TRIANER

• The need to gain competency in various tools

• The need to gain soft skills to conduct online tools

• Do follow up training of the trainers
