HOW DO YOU ENCOURAGE COLLABORATION WITHIN D-GROUPS How can members o a discussion (online) be encouraged to actively participate to topical issues raised?

1. Willingness to give in prompting questions that are targeting people who are quiet and could have some good input

2. The basis of the whole conference online

3. Survey of group members

4. Lack of good writing skills

5. Teasing online that leads to intimidation

6. Some people are too busy

7. Consistency with the tools(network bandwidth)

8. Sending encouraging stories to clients

9. Good online facilitation skills
