Hello, my name is Eric, I’m a Brazilian engineer and I work for a foundation based in Paris called: FARM, Foundation for World Agriculture and Rural Life. FARM’s mission is to promote agricultural development in developing countries around the world. Very briefly, its means of action include:

• Development of training programs for farmers;
• Organization of conferences and seminars;
• Promotion of ground based projects, among others.

FARM already works with international commercial issues for agriculture, microfinance for agriculture, and we are starting projects in the ICT for agricultural development domain.

Actually, I’m trying to find good examples of projects already implemented in rural areas for the use of ICT for agricultural development.
